Materials melted in EAF furnace, LF and VD refined, which enjoys stabilized chemical composition, purity and excellent metallographic organization. The alternative to conventional way is Electroslag remelting procedure (ESR) by agreement.
We can melt special chemical compositions to customer requirements, the quantity is around 5 tons.
Our materials have the outstanding comprehensive work performance, e.g. grades 1.4028Mo, 1.4122, 1.4034 offer high hardness, toughness, good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
